למעלת כנס בנ"י בכלל מיתוסף עומק חום וחיות כאשר זה מתקיים בחודש אלול, שאז נמצא "המלך בשדה" "ואז רשאין כל מי שרוצה לצאת להקביל פניו והוא מקבל את כולם בסבר פנים יפות ומראה פנים שוחקות לכולם וכו'", ובמצב כזה קל יותר לפעול שימלא ה' את הבקשות לכל השנה. וככל שמתקרבים לר"ה מרגישים יותר "קרובים" בפנימיות למלך, וזה מעורר עוד יותר את הרצון של המלך למלא הבקשות. ובזה מיתוסף כאשר הכנס הוא של נשי ישראל שהתמסרו לענין החינוך במשך החדשים האחרונים, ובודאי שזה יעורר בהן את הרצון, חום והתלהבות חסידי להמשיך בזה ביתר שאת. ובודאי יתברכו מאת ה' בכל בטוב הנראה והנגלה בגו"ר. ויש לקשר זה עם מ"ש בפרשתנו "אתם נצבים היום כולכם וגו'" – שכאשר כל בנ"י נמצאים במצב של "כולכם" יחד, אז "נצבים" – שלא מתפעלים מהעולם, ואדרבה – שולטים על העולם, ובפרט בקשר לענין החינוך וכו'.

Any gathering of Jews is a good thing, and such a gathering has even greater depth, warmth, and vitality when it takes place during the month of Elul, when “the king is in the field,” and whoever wishes may approach him, and he receives them all with a pleasant countenance etc., making it easier to achieve the fulfillment of one’s requests of Hashem for the entire year. The closer we get to Rosh Hashana, the closer we feel to Hashem, which evokes Hashem’s desire to fulfill their requests even more. Especially when it’s a gathering of Jewish women who have devoted themselves in recent months to Jewish education, which will certainly inspire within themselves the desire and Chassidishe warmth and vitality to continue in this vein to an even greater extent; certainly Hashem will bless them all the open and revealed good, physically and spiritually. This also relates to Parashas Nitzavim, “You are all standing this day…” – when the Jewish people are united, “You are all,” then they are “standing” – they stand upright in the face of the world, unfazed by what is happening around them, and to the contrary, they become in charge of the world etc.
